All controversies pertaining to the Institute of Regular and Distance Education (IRADE) or Padhayi Foundation programs and Courses will be resolved by the Institute at its sole discretion. The decision of the Institute of Regular and Distance Education (IRADE) or Padhayi Foundation in this regard shall be final and binding on the seeker/ scholars.
